A gaming site from France is reporting that the FIFA 15 is coming to Windows Phone platform soon. However EA Mobile has not made an announcement regarding this.
The game is already available for both iOS and Android platforms though. It is free on both and comes with in-app purchases.

Compared to FIFA 14, the game offers new touch-optimized gameplay improvements, which can be seen in the video shown below.
