The Galaxy Note 2 and earlier Galaxy devices required you to use ODIN method to root. Not anymore. There is a new method devised for the Galaxy Note 8.0 that requires you to just install a simple APK on your tablet and then follow a couple of more steps to get root.
CWM, more popular known as clock work mod recovery is now available for the both Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 variants, N5100 and N5110. The CWM will allow you to flash custom ROMs and other root your tablet. Without CWM, rooting would not be possible. Here are the download links.

We spotted this tweet from Verizon’s twitter account that says the network provider will be releasing the Samsung Galaxy S4 in the month of May. Japanese blog, Macotakara is reporting that the next generation of iPhone, the 5S may be offered in 5 colors. They also say that the cheaper iPhone will also come in many colors. Other claims include details on its release date where they say that Apple will be introducing it in the month of July.
HTC has rolled Desire Q officially in its home country, Taiwan. The new phone features a 4.0 inch display and packs WVGA (800×480) pixel resolution.
