Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is 5 years old now and someone at xdaforums has ported the S25 ROM for our beloved android phone.
Before you install the ROM, make sure you have latest TWRP installed on the Note 20 Ultra. Also, ensure you have Samsung USB drivers installed as well. You would also need ODIN to download (password: ExtremeROMNexus2025) and install the ROM.
The ROM is partially deknoxed and runs the latest version of OneUI 7 which comes with latest S25 Ultra.

That is it – you have successfully installed One UI7 and latest android 15 from Samsung S25 Ultra onto the 5-year old Note 20 Ultra. Note that warranty is void once you install TWRP or this ROM. But since the phone is very old anyway by technological standards, it does not hurt installing the S25 Ultra onto it.
