If you a global version of Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, you may or may not get call recording feature. There is a way to get call recording back on S26, S26+, S26U without root or tripping Knox.
For this, you will have to install INS (Indian), THS (Thailand) or XXV (Vietnam) version which enable silent call recording as-well-as Samsung Pay.
Download Samsung CSC changer tool from here on your windows computer. Tap on Read Device Info and enter your CSC. Example, INS for Indian, THS for Thailand and so on. Tap on Change CSC. This will restart your phone but not delete any data on your S26 phone.
One very important thing that no one talks about changing CSC is losing access to software updates. Fortunately, there is a work around. Rolling back to your original CSC will give your software updates back. So, you can roll back to original CSC once a month to get your software updates and change CSC again.
