iPhone 5C Case Review: Macally Hard-Shell with Stand KSTANDP6

Macally is not really known for nicely naming their iPhone cases, and same goes for their new case, which they call KSTANDP6. We will instead just call it Macally Hard-Shell case with stand. The case back is made of transparent polycarbonate and has built in kickstand to let you watch your movies, handsfree. The case has rubber on its edges, which secures the sides of the iPhone 5C. It also adds front and button protection.

Confirmed – No 3rd Column in Start for non-1080p Windows Phones

In the Windows Phone GDR3 feature list, we mentioned that support for an extra row column  will be added in the start screen. This meant that you would able to fit three medium-sized square tiles in one row as opposed to the limit of two today. What was unclear until now was if this additional column will be for 1080p devices only or for 720p or WVGA devices as well.

Nexus 5 New Leak confirms Transparent Navigation, Status Bars

A new batch of images purporting to be running on a Nexus 5 phone with Android 4.4 have shown up on Italian site, and they confirm transparent navigation and status bars with white icons. Right from the lock screen, there is a camera icon that can be dragged to fire up the camera application. You can still swipe the screen to the left to do the same action. On the home screen, there is a new app drawer icon, and the phone icon is new as well.
