The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is up for pre-order in various countries and many are unable to decide whether to go for white color or the new Titanium Grey (nope, no black color this time). So, here are my thoughts on it (they might help you decide).
1) If you have owned a white phone (I own a white Galaxy Note and S3) before, I really suggest you to go for the new grey as it stands out from the crowd.
2) If you want to look professional at work place, grey is the color to go.
3) My white Galaxy Note with flip got dirty quick and believe me, I am not a messy person. The dirt stands out big time.
4) White is the one to go if you are into show off. You will catch a lot of attention by girls with your white Note 2 in ear while drinking Red Bull.
5) My friend, who owns a blue Galaxy S3 often associates white phones with women.
6) My other friend, on the contrary, finds the white more elegant as it does not shows fingerprints easily.

Zenus makes some pretty amazing cases for Samsung phones and once you take a quick glance at the Vintage case for Galaxy Note, you will immediately fall in love with it. The case is made from Vintage Nubuck leather.

From the pictures, you might think that it will add a lot of weight to the phone but it does not. It is a very high quality case and I feel that it look even better upon usage.

A note to those waiting for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 to arrive on US Cellular – rejoice as the network provider has made some announcements of the next ‘really’ big thing. The phablet is on pre-order for 299 dollars (after instant rebate) and if you buy it now, you will be shipped with the phone by the end of October (2012).

Samsung has not messed with the Bluetooth HID profile in the Galaxy Note firmware. This means you can connect common Bluetooth peripherals like Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. This could be useful for some. So I tried various mouse and keyboard with it.

Samsung Galaxy Note comes with a pretty massive battery and reports of battery runtimes have been quiet positive. However, if you are heavy user or you play a lot of games, you might want to invest in a second battery or a bigger battery. Seido makes a 5000mAh extended battery called Innocell for the Note. This is double the capacity of stock battery. Here is the review of it.
