There is an updated WLAN driver for the EEE PC 901 and 1000H, which updates the WLAN driver to v1.2.0.0. If you have a EEE 901 or 1000H and you think that you are experiencing poor WiFi signals on your netbook, make sure you update the WLAN driver to the current version.

On the New Year eve, what worse could have happened to the owners of the 30GB Zune models? Reports say that they are all fail to complete the boot process. The timing is also very odd. At 0200h on Dec 31, 2008, which is very early ‘morning’, a bunch of Zunes just stopped working. The ‘affected’ Zunes reboot on their own and never complete the boot.
It has been observed that this is happening to those with the latest firmware. People who still have the older firmware versions are not facing this problem. Talk about ‘disadvantages’ of upgrading

My favorite is “Simple1” as I use only business-type ringtones on my HTC Diamond. Which one yours? Here is a screenshot of newly available ringtones. The ringtones are in MP3 format. So, they would work on any other phone too

The Uday from Intel’s Ultra Mobility group shows a wide array of devices that are running the very successful Intel’s Atom Processor, which is now 8 months old. Intel Atom processor proved to the world that power and good battery life can live together in a single device.
At Sky Lab, they have nearly 800 phones on which they work and develop. Though they do admit that even though they have so many phones, they do not have ample time to work on all of them. I think the other way around: who charges these phones?!
