Custom recovery like TWRP will allow you to install 3rd party firmwares onto your Samsung Galaxy S25, S25 Ultra, S25 Plus and S25 Edge. You will need to unlock the boot loader before you proceed. The only thing not working is the ability to use the USB port as OTG.

To unlock your Galaxy S25, S25 Ultra, S25 Plus or S25 Edge, connect it to your computer. Then go to developer settings and enable OEM unlocking, then turn off your phone.
Next, press the Vol+ and Vol- buttons until a blue menu appears with the options “Continue,” “Power off,” and (Unlock bootloader). To do this, press the Vol+ button for 7–8 seconds, after which a prompt will appear asking, “Are you sure you want to unlock the bootloader?” Press the Vol+ button to confirm the action. This action will delete all data. After that, the phone will reboot, and you will need to perform the initial setup.
Now, you need to reboot in odin mode to flash twrp.tar (s25, S25+, S25U, S25E)
Launch Odin and select the AP section, then select the previously downloaded archive, press “Start” to begin flashing, then hold the Vol+ and Power buttons for 5 seconds.
When the screen turns off, boot into S25 TWRP. To enter TWRP, you can use Magisk Manager or connect your phone to your computer, then turn off your phone and hold the Vol+ and Power buttons for 5 seconds. When the screen turns off, it will boot into TWRP.
