How To Root Nokia X XL X+

Unlike Nokia Lumia phones, the X XL and X+ come with Android operating system which means you can root them if you want. So even those do not come with Play store, it is still android with a custom UI running on top. 

An XDA developer was able to root all three of them Nokia X XL X+. The guide is quite simple. First download the framaroot.apk from here and install it on your Nokia phone. Then click on Grandalf and reboot your phone.

That is it – no more following lots of sentences just to root your Android phone. However keep in mind that rooting voids the warranty. Fortunately you can download and flash the stock X ROM to get everything back to factory settings. That way the customer support people will not be able to find out if you ever rooted your phone.

Intel Broadwell Processors to release in second half of 2014

Intel has been selling haswell processors for a while and now those are set to be replaced in the second half of 2014 with new and faster broadwell chips. In fact, Intel has announced some of these chips for desktop machines this week where the chip maker mentioned that its parts will support DDR4 memory as well.

Slated to be launched in the second half of 2014, one of these Broadwell parts will feature an eight-core Core i7 Extreme Edition aimed at gamers. It will have the most cores offered on desktop parts.

Burger King To Accept Rewards Mobile Payments Application

Burger King has announced that it will soon be releasing a mobile application that will support a mobile payment platform that will cover 7000 locations in the United States. It already has an e-wallet type payment system which will enhance the application experience. Burger King will also allow the customers to order meals through the app for later pick up.

Download Candy Crush For Windows Phone

Candy Crush is available for Android and iOS devices but it is also available for windows phone platform. Not officially though as the company decided to not to release an official WP app. This opened doors for other developers to create one for the Microsoft platform and there does exists one on the store.

Candy Village is Windows Phone clone of Candy Crush and is free to download

It goes by the name of Candy Village and it is an exact clone of original game. The gameplay is same as its Android and iOS counter parts.

The best part is that it is free to download and reviews are great. The game is super addicting once you get the hang of it. The game is navigable without spending cash and it is great fun. Later stages are somewhat difficult and require a bit of strategy to clear.
