Yezz is one of the first new OEMs to join the windows phone 8 operating system. If you willing to try a brand other than Nokia for windows phone, it is worth buying Billy which is now on sale for $250.

Overmax has released Steelcore 10 Gear tablet with metal housing. All set to make its debut in mid May, it comes with a 10 inch display, Malu 400 MP4 and a quad core RK3188 processor from Rockchip.

At Acer press conference in New York the company unveiled some very interesting devices one of which is Acer Iconia One 7 with 7 inch display and processor from American CPU giant Intel. The specifications are a copy of B1 730 HD that we mentioned few days back as they are one and the same device.

Acer Iconia One 7 (B1-730 HD) will go on sale in mid of May this year. Its price has been set at 139 euro.

Swiss electronic manufacture, Q3 has released AC7803C and has released it in Polish market for ZLN 649. Specifications include 7.85 inch display with a resolution of 1024×768. The display technology used is IPS that provides good color contrast and wide viewing angles.

From the product image, it appears that the Q3 AC7803C runs native Android 4.1 operating system. Other specs include quad core Cortex A9 processor with a frequency of 1.2 GHz clock speed and 1 GB of RAM. It is also possible to use a microSD card – up to 32 GB is usable.

For storage you get 8 gigabytes of flash storage. The casing has 2 megapixel back camera and VGA front webcam for video calls. You also get built-in GPS module, Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n and Bluetooth 4.0

The product is covered by a 2 year warranty. Suggested retail price is ZLN 679.

Acer Iconia Tab 7 is another 7 inch display tablet but packs a 3G radio that lets you make voice calls. Representatives of Acer have not revealed the full specifications but it is known that the Acer Iconia Tab 7 has a 7-inch screen with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, which is made with IPS technology. Computing power is provided by  quad core processor from Taiwanese chip maker MediaTek.

Tablet will make its debut in two variants – basic ($ 145, screen 1024 x 600 pixels, 2 megapixel camera, and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean), and HD (1,280 x 800 pixels, 5 megapixel camera and Android 4.4 KitKat), which will sell for $ 200. The launch will take place by the end of June this year.

As said earlier by evleaks the Acer Iconia Tab 7 will allow you to make phone calls just like a regular Android phone. Tablet will be made available in Europe, Latin America and Asia with a price of 149 euros.

Acer has released Aspire Switch 10 that combines the functionality of a tablet and a laptop thanks to the use of special hinges allowing the separation of these parts. It also lets you turn the display on other side allowing you to use the device in presentation mode.

Acer Aspire Switch 10 will go on sale in the U.S. and Canada in June of this year and will be available for USD 379.99.

Acer Aspire Switch SW5 is a windows 8.1 tablet that comes with keyboard dock that lets you use it like a sleek laptop. It comes with a quad core SoC from Intel. Today we have its press photos which show how good-looking this tablet computer is.

If you take a quick glance at the pictures you will notice the similarities to Lenovo Yoga tablets that also doubles as laptops. So you can also pick up the tablet part and attach the other way around for instance to use it in presentation mode.

Battery life is said to be 8 hours on a single charge but you would be able to double those runtimes with another internal battery present in keyboard dock.

Acer is really on the roll this year. In January the company launched Iconia W4-821 that was followed by A1 840 Android tablets. The company has also adopted Intel processors in all the tablets, be it Android or Windows 8.1 tablets. Now it is all set to launch Iconia A5-810 with 7.9 inch display and Octa core processor which is interestingly not powered by Intel.

Like recent yet-to-launched Acer tablets, the Acer A5-810 has also surfaced on GFXbench website which has spilled details on its specifications.

This upcoming Acer tablet runs Mediatek MT8392 CPU that is manufactured using 28nm manufacturing process. The processor is backed by 2GB RAM that is fine enough for running Android 4.4.2 KitKat smoothly.

Samsung will be releasing Android 4.4.2 to forgotten Galaxy note 10.1 2012 users but if you cannot wait till then you can flash them today. First download all of these files to upgrade from Jelly bean to kitkat.

Folks at xda have provided download links of Android 4.4 Kitkat for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2012 edition. Right now the users are stuck on the Android 4.1.2 jelly bean ROM. Note that this process will delete all data stored on your tablet so make sure to create a backup before proceeding.

First download ODIN from here. After that download all files provided by galaxy note news and store them on your computer.

Then put your Galaxy Tab 10.1 2012 in download mode by pressing volume down + power button together for few seconds. Then connect it to your computer and start ODIN. Select them as shown in following screenshot.

Now click on start to flash. Give it some time as you are flashing an entirely new OS on to it.
