The Bluetooth speaker category has reached its saturation but folks at iHome want to revive that category by their iBN6 waterpoof speakers. You can use these with your iPhone, iPad or iPod since all have built in Bluetooth radios.

The iHome iBN6 costs 100 dollars and was shown off at CES 2014. There are there things that make the iHome iBN6 Bluetooth speaker so special. First is the fact that it IPX7 certified. Second it has a edgy new body and third, all of this is being offered at a very affordable price tag.
It measures 6 x 4.5 x 2.7 inches and has two 1.25 inch front facing drivers. There is also a 2.5 inch circular bass driver on its back.
You get a 3.5mm cable and micro USB charger in the box. The entire chassis is made of rubber that forms a grid of volume.
So how is the sound quality? It is excellent thanks to the three speaker array iHome has been able to squeeze in three speakers inside its small chassis.
You can use it for phone calls and there are dedicated buttons for answering and ending phone calls on the unit.
