Sharkoon has extended its range of keyboards with economic SharkZone K30 which dons backlit keys. It has an angular design and black + yellow color scheme. SharkZone K30 lighting can be adjusted directly from the keyboard at different levels of intensity. You can even turn off lighting without the software.

To run macros and switch between profiles, you get dedicated keys for this purpose: 5 for the first (left side), and 3 for the second (upper left corner). The information on both macros and profiles stored in Sharkoon SharkZone K30’s 128KB internal storage.

This means you can connect safely to a new PC and saved will still have all our setup and ready to use. The K30 will be available late June at a suggested retail price 29.99 euros, which does not seem too exorbitant price for the looks. It is a perfect companion for your backlit ultrabook too that are on the rage these days. You can use it with ultrabook, netbook, desktop or any device that supports HID profile.

The SharkZone K30 incorporates multi-key roll-over anti ghosting function and a 1.80 m cable finished in a gold-plated USB connector. Thanks to its 1000Hz polling rate, typing is a joy on the Sharkoon SharkZone K30. It is yet to be shown on its official website.

The first quantum dot monitor was released yesterday in China through collaboration between Philips and QD Vision. Called the Philips 276E6ADS, it packs 27 inch display with full HD resolution that is capable of displaying 99% of the Adobe RGB color spectrum and according to the manufacturer, it is ideal for gamers and professionals of the video and photo editing.

Quantum dot technology (quantum dot) is a semiconductor nanostructure that forces the electrons to move only in the three spatial directions (x, y, z), so that the image is completely stable and uniform.

Telefonica Ecuador is the second telephone network provider in Ecuador to start 4G LTE service. Right now the service is available only in the capital city of Quito. Frequency used is FDD-LTE 1900 (B2) MHz. Folks at Corporacion Nacional de Telecomunicaciones have done the hard work in deploying the LTE service in the Quito and will be expanding its coverage in the coming months.

All of these phones that are on sale currently in Ecuador will be able to make use of LTE broadband service:

UK mobile operator EE has announced the Osprey 2 mini router with FDD-LTE / W-CDMA / GSM connectivity. Osprey 2 mini specifications include Qualcomm MDM9225, Qualcomm AR6004 chips with category 4 LTE UE connectivity with maximum down speed of 150Mbps and uplink speeds of up to 50Mbps.

The devices are connected to the Osprey 2 mini mobile LTE WiFi router using IEEE 802.11 b / g / n (2.4GHz) wireless LAN network. It has inbuilt capacity of 6GB and battery size is 1500 mAh. Right now, only one color variant is available and it is black.

In the box, you get device, USB cable, Keep Me Card, Quick Start guide, Cloth pouch and Safety leaflet. It measures just 88 x 88 x 17.6 mm.

Onyx BOOX C67ML Darwin is now updated with E-ink display that makes it a direct competitor to the Pocketbook Touch Lux 3. The new Onyx BOOX C67ML adopts an e-ink paper display that measures 6 inches packing a resolution of 1024 x 758 pixels. Missing is the audio and headphone support that were actually present in the previous version of it.
