Zotac has introduced Zbox R-series that bring lot of power along with a small size. The company has added more features to raise the concept of Mini PCs to a new level while maintaining small size and power. These mini PC were called nettops in 2008 but now that they come with desktop grade processors, people have stopped calling them nettops.
RI323 features an Intel Celeron 2961Y haswell processor, WiFi 802.11ac and dual LAN whiel the RI1531 provides even greater functionality, integrating a mSATA socket to install a third storage unit, an Intel Core i3 and Intel HD Graphics 5500 processor.
Both ZBOX (RI323 and RI531) are designed for domestic use and for basic office use but one can also use them for commercial and industrial purposes. There is a reason why both come equipped with a COM port to connect machines and devices of this kind.
Zotac has not disclosed price or release date for either RI323 or RI531.
