Onyx BOOX C67ML Darwin is now updated with E-ink display that makes it a direct competitor to the Pocketbook Touch Lux 3. The new Onyx BOOX C67ML adopts an e-ink paper display that measures 6 inches packing a resolution of 1024 x 758 pixels. Missing is the audio and headphone support that were actually present in the previous version of it.
Onyx BOOX C67ML Darwin specifications include a dual core Cortex A9 processor clocked at 1 GHz, 512MB RAM and 8GB of flash storage. The internal storage is expandable via micro SD card slot.
The operating system is Android 4.2.2 which allows you to install pretty much any app or game from play store. The Onyx BOOX C67ML Darwin weighs 169 grams including 1700 mAh battery and is mere 8.7 mm thin. It integrates a WiFi module and has physical buttons on the sides.
Onyx BOOX C67ML Darwin will be available by May at a price of 9090 rubles (about 160 euro) with optional smart cover. It still however remains more expensive than Pocketbook Touch Lux 3 which is available about 99 euro.
