Does the Touch ID works with sweaty fingers on iPhone?

Touch ID is one of the best ways to enhance the security on the iPhone but does it work with sweaty fingers? Well on my iPhone 6 Plus I have noticed that even the smallest amount of wetness on my thumb makes the touch ID useless. Not only me but my friends who sweat a lot have noticed this.

So that is how it works – any kind of moisture on your finger and the Touch ID will have trouble recognizing it. Another interesting find – the one on iPhone 6 and 6 Plus is more responsive than one on iPhone 5S. On the 5S, the sensor simply refuses to recognize the fingerprints even if they are not very sweaty.

So there goes it – if you are a kind of person that gets clammy hands really easy then Touch ID will become useless and it can be very annoying. Touch ID does not play well with the moisture. Fortunately you can quickly enter the passcode in such scenario.

When your hands are dry, you will love Touch ID as it is extremely fast. Sometimes you will find that the screen is still fading on and my phone is already unlocked.

Fujitsu Lifebook T935 specifications, 2-in-1 hybrid tablet with Intel vPro processor

Broadwell is here finally as Intel has started shipping its vPro enabled processors to the laptop companies. Some of the first devices are already on sale wiht the new processors and this includes Fujitsu Lifebook T935 that is now available to the corporate customers. Fujitsu Lifebook T935 is the successor to the Liefbook T904 which offered rotating display as well.

Fujitsu Lifebook T935 specifications include 13.3 inch IGZO display packing WQXGA resolution which is 2560 x 1440 pixels. The T935 is not the first company’s laptop to offer IGZO display. Fujitsu Lifebook TH90 was also offered with one. The one that we tested had ‘mere’ 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution. One of the key features of Fujitsu Lifebook T935 is its digitizer support allowing you to do inputs via stylus.

Cube is a Chinese company and today it has launched iWork 11, a windows 8.1 tablet with wide 11.6 inch display and built in 3G model that is capable of making calls and keeping you connected to data networks.

Lately there has been a complete abssense of any new Windows RT tablets, you know the Windows that runs on ARM processors. According to the benchmark results that showed up on GFXbench, a new Windows tablet with WQHD display packing Snapdragon 805 (SD805) ARM processor. Folks at nokiaviews are saying that it could be the successor to the Nokia branded Lumia 2520 or Surface 2 tablet. This tablet will pack a powerful Snapdragon processor and windows 10. This confirms that even the next generation of windows a k a Windows 10 will support ARM architecture.

Softbank releases Clide 8.9 Windows tablet

Softbank Commerce and Service Inc has released a 8.9 inch windows tablet. Called the Clide 8.9, it features 1920 x 1200 pixel 8.9 inch display with IPS technology and Intel Atom Z3735F 1.33 GHz processor.

Other specifications include 32GB of flash storage, windows 8.1 operating system and 2 gigabytes of memory.

Port selection includes micro USB 2.0 port, USB 2.0, microSD card reader, Mini HDMI output, IEEE 802.11b / g / n-enabled wireless LAN, Bluetooth 4.0 and 2 megapixel back + front camera.

Softbank Clide 8.9 measures 234.4 × 155.7 × 9.4mm (width × depth × height) and weighs 495 grams. There is a silo for storing for the stylus too.

I have used a lot of data recovery softwares in the past to retrieve my deleted documents. Recently I stumbled upon EaseUs Data Recovery Wizard which is designed with an average Joe in mind. Then double click on its shortcut icon to start the app. Then select the file type you would like the EaseUs Data Recovery Wizard to recovery, for instance I wanted to recover a deleted MP3 file, so I selected Audio. In case you are not sure of the file type, select the checkbox that says “all file types”. This will show you list of the deleted or lost files irrespective of file type. Then click on Next button.

If you are able to recall the location of the document, you can help the app by pin pointing its location. This will great reduce the time to find the deleted file. I had stored that MP3 on my CF slot and selected it from the list since the app supports cf card recovery too. Pinpointing this will help you to find the desired file quickly. In case the app is unable to find the file, do not fret as it supports deep scan mode where it will use its advanced algorithms to find the harder-to-find deleted files. When you have found the deleted file, simply press the Recover button to commense the recovery process.

Verdict – EaseUs Data Recovery Wizard is an excellent app for recovering deleted and lost files. It will save you time, money and in many cases – your reputation too.

We have exclusive news about Medio launching its Lifetab S8312 octa core tablet on 5th of February 2015. The tablet that is also known as Medion MD98989 will already up for sale at Medion’s own shop for 199 euro but Aldi stores will be selling it for 20 euro less bringing the total price to 179 euro. The Medion S8312 specifications are really good for its price as there are not a lot of tablets out there with built in 3G connectivity and octa core processor for under 200 euros.
