The 8-inch display has a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and offers good viewing angle. It is powered by an Exynos 4412 quad-core processor with 1.6 GHz per core and 2 GB of RAM. The internal memory is 16 or 32 GB in size and can be expanded via microSD card. Additional features include a 5 MP camera on the back with no LED flash, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS.

Panasonic at Mobile World Congress 2014 unveiled a new range of rugged table, which will be available in autumn of 2014. Rugged 5-inch Panasonic Toughpad is designed for all mobile workers who need a device that can handle voice and data wherever they are , even in complex environments, such as emergency services and public safety, logistics, industrial plants and warehouses. In reality it is a smaller version of the ToughPad tablet of the company.

Sony this week unveiled the new Sony Xperia M2 smartphone at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2014 event, which is the successor to the 4-inch Sony Xperia M smartphone. The Sony Xperia M2 smartphone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor supported by 1GB of RAM, includes 8GB of internal storage and supports dual SIMs in the Xperia M2dual version. It runs on Android 4.3 ‘Jelly Bean’ operating system.
