MINISFORUM has just made its mini ITX motherboard BD770i public. This small motherboard comes equipped with a PCI Express 5.0 x16 slot and has AMD Ryzen 7 7745HX processor onboard. Their team says BD770i is scheduled to ship in late November, with price tag of 442 USD.
The BD770i is equipped with the AMD Ryzen 7 7745HX 8 cores/16 threads CPU that has maximum clock speed of 5.1GHz. It shall be noted that this is a mobile CPU, not a desktop one. The motherboard is also home to PCI Express 5.0 x16 slot, allowing you to install a desktop video card. If you want more graphics power, you can slide in a Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 and Radeon RX 7900 XTX.
The BD770i has two M.2 2280 slots that support PCI Express 5.0, allowing you to install an SSD. A heatsink is already installed on the CPU, but the fan is sold separately and is compatible with 120mm square/25mm thick fans.
You can equip this little motherboard with whopping 64GB of DDR5 SO-DIMM memory. Not only that, you can attach three external monitors via DisplayPort, HDMI, and USB Type-C DP Alt mode. Other interfaces include 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.1 x 2, USB 2.0 x 2, M.2 2230 wireless LAN card which is sold separately.
