Today we are going to talk about the new creation of ADATA, the ADATA SR2000 that comes in two formats and that provides up to 11 TB of capacity with a speed that reaches 3.5 GB / s of both reading and writing. While it is true that, initially, these new ADATA SR2000 will be launched for the industrial environment, we must bear in mind that traditionally the company usually launches models of similar characteristics for the user’s environment on purpose, under another name and other premises, so it is expected that not long after we find new SSDs of the brand under the name of XPG, ADATA’s gaming-oriented division.

The new 632 chip from Qualcomm is positioned as the successor to the 630. It is the first time that the company brings to the mid-range its largest cores, the Kryo. Within this Snapdragon 632 we find 8 Kryo 250 cores, a cluster of 4 + 4, which are capable of operating at a speed of 1.8 GHz. In this SoC we find the Adreno 506 GPU and we can connect a 24 MP camera or a double camera of 13 MP each using ISP. The maximum screen resolution will be FHD +.

Xiaomi has just presented its new Mi Laptop Air, a laptop with a minimalist design and quite striking features. Xiaomi has worked on the design of this laptop to adapt it to the current trends in the laptop market: we have a thin, thin and with few frames. As for its dimensions, we are talking about a notebook with a 13.3-inch diagonal Full HD screen that is inside a 309.6 x 210.9 x 14.8 mm computer.

Once again, it’s time for Vega 20’s new benchmarks, AMD Radeon Pro Vega 20 to be exact. It’s the first implementation of Vega architecture in a 7nm GPU. AMD has repeatedly stated that they are already testing the appropriate GPU in the lab. So far, only a Radeon  branded card is confirmed with this GPU and it can be assumed that AMD will bring a corresponding HPC variant on the market.

Shortly after Computex, Apacer announced several new Panther Rage family storage kits. At its center is the new, RGB RAM chip – Panther Rage DDR4 RGB. Visually, the new kits are based on the Panther Rage series, which includes the Panther Rage Illumination DDR4-3000. It comes with the Heatspreader with integrated Panter design as well as the plastic inserts on the top, which should remind of fangs with illuminated LEDs. However, you do not only offer a version with mainly black heatspreader. Instead, customers can choose between black with gold applications and gold.
