Trinity Laboratories, Inc. was founded on April 11, 2006 by Dr. Chandra U. Singh to commercialize non-cancer related products that he developed while working at Azaya Therapeutics, Inc. Trinity is providing continuing assistance in developing Azaya's core delivery technology and products for cancer while at the same time developing new drug delivery technologies for its own use.
