As you may have already noticed the specifications of GT72 2QE-1446IT and GT72 2QD-1447IT are quite identical except for the graphics used by them. The rest of the specifications are same that include an i7 5700HQ processor whose passmark benchmark score is 8958 according to cpu passmark website. The 17.3-inch screen is not touch screen but packs full HD resolution to avoid any sorts of complains.
Operating system of this MSI laptop is Windows 8.1 but you can upgrade to Windows 10 by the end of July.
