ASUS ROG STRIX LC RGB White Edition: liquid cooling for fans of white color

ASUS ROG STRIX LC RGB White Edition

Although the amount of products in the gaming and overclock sector is very abundant today, it is true that the variety in terms of aesthetics is not being supported too much by manufacturers. LED lighting has done a lot for it, there is a specific sector that seems to be heard now: that of fans for the color white. Thus, ASUS is launching a series of products based on that color, such as the ASUS ROG STRIX LC RGB White Edition.

Interestingly, ASUS has skewed its products towards a market that seems to be more profitable for them. We say this because as reported and at least for now, there are no plans to carry the range of 120 mm to this white color.

Therefore, ASUS limits the White Edition range to 240mm and 360mm models exclusively, providing a touch of color already wide to the teams of millions of users.

It may seem obvious, but it has not been until recently that manufacturers are launching products in other colors, focusing first on the white color, and secondly on the pink color. The market has opened and these ROG STRIX LC RGB go full for it.

We are talking about two AIO liquid refrigerations that suppose the ASUS input range for this refrigeration system, where not for that reason the quality suffers, but rather on the contrary, they could be the high range of any current manufacturer.

And we are talking about a block of generous dimensions with 80 x 80 x 45 mm that delivers a cold plate entirely of first-class electrolytic copper. This block integrates an A-RGB LED system with the ROG symbol and supports all current AMD and Intel sockets, both for the mainstream and HEDT range, that is, AM4, TR4, LGA 115x, 1366, 2011, 2011-3, 2066

In the 240 mm version its radiator measures 272 x 122 x 27 mm, while in the 360 mm version the dimensions rise to 394 x 121 x 27 mm, where both are made of aluminum. At the same time, both AIOs have rubber tubes with a professional sleeved with a length of 380 mm, which is surprising given the different dimensions of the radiators.

As expected, both models share the same fans, where only their number will vary depending on the radiator. We are therefore with ROG fans designed by ASUS with support for A-RGB of a size of 120 mm each.

Its rotation is between 800 RPM and 2500 RPM, declaring a spectacular 5.0 mmH2O of static pressure and an air flow of 80.95 CFM or 137.5 m3H. With such numbers the loudness is not going to be very low, but it still does better than expected, since they declare 37.6 dBA, therefore they are very well balanced.

Unfortunately, ASUS has not specified when they will reach the market or at what price, nor have they revealed whether they will finally include a 120 mm version in that color, since it is currently offered in black while being for sale.
