Download fastboot on your computer from here. Also download the custom recovery from here.
Then in fastboot folder, fire up command prompt (hold down shift key and right click > open command prompt here). Then enter the following commands:
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot oem unlock
fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.1.1-1-cheeseburger.img
fastboot reboot
