ASUS GT301 Reviews

The ASUS TUF Gaming GT301 is a semi ATX type computer case. Its external dimensions are, frankly, contained in all its brands, being 482 (H) x 214 (W) x 426 (D) mm. However, its weight of 7.2 kg tells us that the steel used as the base of the chassis, must have a fairly apparent thickness, although it is something that ASUS does not reveal in its technical specifications for the box. Even so, these dimensions will allow us to install inside a tower-type heatsink up to 160 mm high, or a graphics card up to 320 mm long.

The previous image allows us to see an exploded view of the ASUS TUF Gaming GT301 box, where we can see that, as standard, the box will come with 4 120mm fans, three of which will be placed on the front of the box and will have RGB lighting, while the room will be located at the back of the box. Likewise, the box will allow the installation of two other 120 mm fans on the roof of the same, under a generous grid for the passage of air to the outside.

As for the use of radiators for liquid cooling, the ASUS TUF gaming GT301 box only supports its assembly in two positions: on the front of the box (where we can mount models up to 360 mm) or on the back (where only we can mount a 120 mm model).

As a decorative motif, the GT301 has strips of fabric on the front of the box, where you can read the name of TUF Gaming in capital letters.

On the other hand, the manufacturer has also created an accessory that is located on the outside of the box, and that serves to allow the user to leave his headphones on him when he is not using them. This is a detail that surely will be highly appreciated by its users.

The lighting of the front fans of the box is provided by an internal controller, to which we can connect up to 3 extra RGB fans, apart from the other three that come standard. To control the effects, the user can do it from his own ASUS motherboard, compatible with AURA SYNC, or from a button placed on the front of the box.
