Fanless PC StarCloud PCG61 and PCG61-U from Apples (note it is not Apple) have made their debut. Running Windows 10 and Ubuntu Linux respectively, they will be making their debut with price tag of 199 and 299 dollars respectively but if you want it without OS, you can get it for as low as 149.

Common specifications StarCloud PCG61 and PCG61-U include Intel Celeron N3150 braswell processor with quad cores, Intel Gen8 HD graphics, micro SD card HDMI 1.4, a VGA, two USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, audio jack, reset button for the BIOS, Kensington Lock, WiFi 802.11ac (with two large antennas), Bluetooth 4.0 and Gigabit Ethernet.
It is great to see TV boxes coming with Ubuntu preloaded but the problem with these chinese companies is that they do not provide any support for updates so if you switch to Ubuntu 16.10 or higher in future, you will be on your own. But if you do not like to tinker with it and want something that just works, then go for it.
